A list of the significant investments in subsidiaries, including the name, country of incorporation and proportion of ownership interest is given in Principal subsidiary undertakings. A full list of subsidiaries as at 12 June 2015 will be annexed to the Company's next annual return filed with the Registrar of Companies. No subsidiaries are excluded from the Group consolidation.
